Volunteers from SSAFA Fife Branch were delighted to be able to join our friends at SSAFA Perth & Kinross and support them at their Platinum Jubilee Concert.
A free concert to mark HM The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, held on June 2 in Perth's stunning concert hall, to kick off the area’s Jubilee events has raised more than £2,000.
Eleven hundred free seats are up for grabs at a concert on Thursday, June 2 with donations from a retiring collection going to the Perth & Kinross Branch of SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity.
Volunteers for SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity in Perth & Kinross, elsewhere in Scotland, the rest of the UK, and even overseas have had their contributions recognised with the Sir James Gildea Local Award.
