Three SSAFA fundraisers have taken part in this year's IRONMAN Wales, raising some fantastic amounts.
An RAF cadet and his stepfather are embarking on a fundraising cycle ride from Whitehaven to Tynemouth in support of SSAFA.
Andy Stoneley, late the Royal Logistic Corps and now General Manager for ESS at RAF Honington near Bury St Edmunds, has raised more than £600 towards a target of £3,000 for SSAFA.
