We are the Staffordshire branch of SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity.
SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity is a trusted source of support for serving personnel, veterans and their families in their time of need. Founded in 1885, we’re extremely proud of our long-standing heritage and of all the work we do with inspiring people from Staffordshire, across the UK and around the world.

As the first point of contact for SSAFA in the area, you will play a crucial part in promoting SSAFA locally, organising events and ensuring the smooth running of SSAFA across the divisions in your branch.
A Royal Dragoon Guards Sergeant is taking on the Great North Run for SSAFA, and raising awareness of both the charity, and the importance of mental health support in the Armed Forces.
Veteran Coldstream Guardsman Dane Wilson is giving back to SSAFA with a fundraising half marathon, in thanks for the three times SSAFA has been there for him.
5th Anniversary of the withdrawal of British Forces from Afghanistan, who had operated in the country for twenty years.
Another incredible series of Battle Proms concerts were held this summer, raising thousands for SSAFA.
