Individual Assistance Programme (IAP) with Health Assured

As a volunteer, you have access to our Individual Assistance Programme (IAP) provided by Health Assured.

The programme offers confidential support designed to help you manage both personal and volunteering-related challenges. Services include:

  • 24/7 confidential helpline support
  • Emotional wellbeing and mental health guidance
  • Counselling support where appropriate
  • Practical advice on issues such as finances, relationships and legal matters
  • Online wellbeing resources and self-help tools

Training and Development with Open College of London (OCN)

We invest in our volunteers by providing high-quality training and opportunities to gain accreditation in certain roles:

  • Caseworkers -  Level 3 Accreditation (OCN London)
  • Mentors - Level 2 Qualification in Peer Mentoring (OCN London)
