We are the Shropshire branch of SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity.
SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity is a trusted source of support for serving personnel, veterans and their families in their time of need. Founded in 1885, we’re extremely proud of our long-standing heritage and of all the work we do with inspiring people from Shropshire, across the UK and around the world.

SSAFA's ongoing partnership with the United State's Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors provided another 10 bereaved service families with a weekend of "remembrance, friendship, and shared hope".
New partnership helps the SSAFA Overseas Community Health team provide improved service to Forces' families who have experienced the devastating loss of their baby.
The new Individual Assistance Programme offers round-the-clock support to SSAFA volunteers, helping them stay resilient, supported and ready to continue making a difference.
Trinity Insurance provides specialist insurance for the Armed Forces community, and supports SSAFA with donations and exclusive discounts for our supporters.
