It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas as the SSAFA festive gift range launches
03 September 2025
Children are back in school, vast arrays of chocolates and packets of mince pies are in the supermarkets, and there are only 112(!) shopping days left until Christmas.
And speaking of shopping, the 2025 Christmas range of cards and gifts from SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity has just launched.
Proceeds from the sales of all items from the SSAFA store go to fund life-changing and life-saving work for serving personnel and veterans, and their families. In 2024, this numbered around 55,000 people, and each item bought supports the Armed Forces family of today, yesterday, and tomorrow so that whatever they may be facing, they will not battle it alone.
The SSAFA Christmas 2025 collection feature the ever-popular “military robins”, a traditional scene of the stable featuring the Holy Family, shepherds, and the Three Wise Men, and evocative Horse Guards Parade Christmas cards.
And, with an eye on the year ahead, there is a range of calendars available, including the official 2026 ones for the Royal Navy, the Army, and the Royal Air Force.
New for Christmas 2025 are festive T-shirts with Santa Claus in a variety of headwear representing the three services. There are also Christmas decorations, seasonal homewares, and even tea caddies filled with 40 bags of a bracing English breakfast brew available.
