A MUCH NEEDED STAIRLIFT

Mr. B. of Gloucester is a Royal Navy veteran who has lived in Gloucester for over 30 years. He now has several medical and physical problems which have made it very difficult and painful to climb the stairs. Despite the problems caused by Covid-19, SSAFA Gloucestershire were able to assist him to get a stairlift installed. He said that it was now wonderful that he did not have to crawl up the stairs in considerable pain to use the bathroom and get to his bed. This work was funded by the RN Benevolent Trust through SSAFA.
