The RESOLVE Project is a series of monthly workshops and activity sessions for Armed Forces veterans and their families. Run by SSAFA's Glasgow's Helping Heroes, and in collaboration with the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust.

This 12‑month project is designed to help you build resilience and develop informed choices: to help veterans and their families feel more confident as they manage life’s changes.

Lingo Flamingo
An introductory workshop by Rosie from Lingo Flamingo, who provide language classes in the Glasgow area (and online) and who are long-term partners of Glasgow's Helping Heroes.
Learning a new language later in life is not only a fun activity that can expand the way you interact with the world, but has also been shown to improve your well-being and delay cognitive decline.
We hope you can join us at this workshop!
