The RESOLVE Project is a series of monthly workshops and activity sessions for Armed Forces veterans and their families.  Run by SSAFA's Glasgow's Helping Heroes, and in collaboration with the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust.

This 12‑month project is designed to help you build resilience and develop informed choices: to help veterans and their families feel more confident as they manage life’s changes.

 


RESOLVE Workshop:

Each month our RESOLVE Workshop will offer practical tools and clear, steady support to help people move forward with confidence.

RESOLVE Workshops are held once a month.  The location and time is dependant on the Workshop.  Please check below to find out more about the next Workshop.

RESOLVE Workshops are free to attend - and no registration is required.  Simply turn up on the day! 


 


RESOLVE Activity Session:

Each month our RESOLVE Activity Sessions will focus on a particular subject that will help participants understand themselves and others better, providing the mental tools and resilience to take on life's challenges.

RESOLVE Activity Sessions will be held once a month at the Pearce Institute, from 13:00 to 14:00.

RESOLVE Activities are free to attend - and no registration is required.  Simply turn up on the day!

Mental Health with Al Wadsworth

A workshop exploring how to best take control of your mental health, as well as examining some of the common myths surrounding mental health.

This workshop is open to all veterans and their families, but please note that all attendees must be 16 years of age or over. Come along and join us for a lively and engaging presentation and discussion!
