Apart not Alone

Weekly sessions for Royal Navy spouses and partners at HMNB Clyde.

Apart Not Alone provides advice and community to the partners of Royal Navy sailors.

Apart Not Alone (ANA) is a weekly group for naval spouses and partners of those currently serving at HMNB Clyde.  It takes place in the Helensburgh and Lomond Civic Centre and offers a relaxed, friendly space to get support.

Being part of military life can be tough - especially when your loved one is away.  These sessions give you a chance to talk, have a cuppa, and feel part of a supportive community.  Children are welcome too.

Each week, we cover helpful topics like:

  • Coping with separation and deployment
  • Mental health and wellbeing
  • Education and childcare
  • Jobs, housing, and money advice

Whether you’re looking for friendship, advice, or just a break, Apart not Alone is here for you.
