Rally for Heroes in Salisbury

The Rally For Heroes Team were deployed on the Guildhall Square in Salisbury on Saturday 16 November to engage with the Salisbury public and raise funds for SSAFA, The Armed Forces Charity.

We are pleased to report that the generous Salisbury public donated £1102.37p into the buckets and we sold £196.00 of Raffle tickets, making a grand total of £1298.37.

The support acts (MK Garrison Star Wars Team & The Henry's) and VIP visitors all contributed to what was an excellent day. I wont forget Chewbacca and Darth Vader dancing to Beatles music for a long time! Special thanks also to Neil Howard, an RAF Veteran and professional photographer who gave up his time to take photographs of the event.
