Live ChatSSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, has partnered with the National Free Wills Network. Through this service we can help you write or amend your Will free of charge.
The offer is open to supporters aged 50 and over and gives the opportunity to have a simple Will written or updated with a local qualified solicitor, in person or via remote appointments. The offer also includes Mirror Wills for couples.
There is no obligation to remember SSAFA in your Will, but we hope you will be inspired to do so.
Please note that any complex financial arrangements such as a trust or tax planning may incur an additional charge.
How it works
We can put you in touch with a trusted solicitor in your area through the National Free Wills Network. Then just arrange an appointment to draw up your Will for free at a time that suits you.
To use this service, and to request your free Will writing pack sent via post, please complete our online form, confirming that we may send your details to the National Free Wills Network.
