Welcome to the first of three races in the SSAFA Cardiff 5K Road Race Series - 20 May 2026.

The SSAFA 5k Road Race Series in Cardiff consists of three separate five kilometre long road races, which can be entered individually or as a combined series.  

This is a popular running event that has been supporting SSAFA in South East Wales for twenty-six years!

The series is held under UK & Welsh Athletics rules and is a CAAC Calendar Event.

The course records to beat are 15:29 (women's) and 14:24 (men's).

Club Members: £11

Individual Runners: £13

Please register online - and please note: for 2026 you will only be able to register for the race online, there will be no on-the-day entries.
