Set against the stunning backdrop of England’s Jurassic Coast, IRONMAN 70.3 Weymouth offers athletes a spectacular race experience in one of the UK’s most picturesque seaside towns. This event is a favourite among first-timers and seasoned triathletes alike, thanks to its welcoming atmosphere, scenic course, and excellent organisation.

The weekend kicks off with athlete registration and an expo at Lodmoor Country Park on Friday and Saturday, followed by race day on Sunday with a self-seeded rolling swim start at 7:15 AM. The day concludes with an awards ceremony and World Championship slot allocation at Weymouth Pavilion.

Whether you're racing solo or as part of a relay team, IRONMAN 70.3 Weymouth promises a memorable experience filled with community spirit, coastal charm, and athletic achievement.

Participants will take on:

• 1.2 mile swim - Athletes begin with a single lap swim out into Weymouth Bay.
• 56 mile bike ride - A route up into the rolling Dorset countryside, via the towns of Godmanstone and Dorchester, before returning to Weymouth.
• 13.1 mile run - Finish with a two-lap running course along the Weymouth beachfront, past cheering crowds!
