Train4All Open day raises money for SSAFA Somerset

Train4All is an academy set up by Jon and Rachel Allen in Somerton and supports learners within the local area with specific construction skills who do not wish to be taught in Further Education settings. It also supports military personnel leaving the Forces who may need further qualifications.

FOSS was kindly invited to an Open Day on June 21st and saw first hand the many skills that could be learnt to benefit future employment. They also organised a raffle in aid of SSAFA which raised a magnificent £215.
It was a very enjoyable day not only to see the great work going on there but also to meet a very dedicated team who were fully supportive of SSAFA.
