Friends of SSAFA Somerset ran a Teddy Tombola stand at the Recreational Grounds in Wellington.

19 June 2023

Participants of all ages attending the Freedom of Wellington for the Rifles wanted to win a Teddy at the tombola stand and thanks to the participants and generous donations a wonderful sum of £154.21p was raised for SSAFA Somerset.

Apart from raising money it was a day for promoting what SSAFA does and as ever, it was lovely to hear some of the comments and stories from people about their links to the Forces and SSAFA.
