Independence Star

The RAF Personal Support and Social Work Service have introduced a new assessment tool to help support and work more collaboratively with you - the Independence Star.  Your Welfare Officer will discuss the star with you if it is going to be used as part of your support, but this information leaflet provides detail about the Independence Star, and how it works.
