FANDF Values

We are experienced and genuine. The FANDF consists of serving Forces families who have a member with an additional need or disability. They have lived experience and knowledge of the challenges we face.

We listen to and understand the challenges Forces families with additional needs and disabilities face. We offer help identifying and accessing the support that is available for these families.

We are knowledgeable and committed. We undertake research to understand the current experiences and requirements of Forces families with additional needs and disabilities. We use the research outcomes to help inform our discussions with policy and decision makers.

We are passionate about helping Forces families with additional needs and disabilities. If we can make life easier for one family, it has been worth it.
