MyIntent

Free, online will-writing service.

The MyIntent service from Bequeathed

Through a gift in your Will, you can make sure that whatever challenges someone in the Armed Forces faces, we will always be by their side.

Whilst there is no obligation to include a gift to SSAFA in your Will, we hope it’s something you’ll consider after your loved ones are provided for.

Online

Give yourself peace of mind by making your Will with our trusted partners, MyIntent. Their fully advised online service is suitable for anyone living in England, Wales Scotland and Northern Ireland.

How to write your Will with MyIntent

  1. Visit our dedicated page on the MyIntent website.
  2. Record your circumstances and wishes by completing the online interview.  It takes around 20 minutes, and support and guidance is available throughout the process.
  3. Immediately receive tailored online legal advice from MyIntent’s in-house Solicitor.
  4. Book a free legal appointment to discuss the advice in more detail, then decide if you’d like to go ahead with a free basic Will or pay for the additional protection discussed.  Or, if a free basic Will is suitable for you, choose the convenience of receiving it without an appointment.
  5. Receive your Will with a Letter of Advice summarising the advice you’ve been given, along with instructions on signing and witnessing your Will correctly.
  6. Store your Will in a safe place and let your executors know where it is.

If the MyIntent legal team advise that additional paid for work is necessary or beneficial, you’ll receive a quote to consider. It’s always your decision, and if you accept you can complete your Will within the same online process.
