As host venue of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic sailing events, the Weymouth area is an international sport event haven. Situated off the World Heritage Site Jurassic Coast, this race is a first-timer favourite, featuring sandy beaches, spectacular coastline and the stunning Dorset countryside.

Participants will take on:

• 1.2 mile swim - Athletes begin with a single lap swim out into Weymouth Bay.
• 56 mile bike ride - A route up into the rolling Dorset countryside, via the towns of Godmanstone and Dorchester, before returning to Weymouth.
• 13.1 mile run - Finish with a two-lap running course along the Weymouth beachfront, past cheering crowds!
