IRONMAN Wales returns to the stunning coastal town of Tenby, offering one of the most iconic and demanding races in the IRONMAN series. Set against the dramatic backdrop of Pembrokeshire’s rugged coastline and medieval architecture, this event is a true test of endurance, spirit, and determination.

Participants will take on:

• 2.4 mile swim - Athletes begin with a two-loop ocean swim from Tenby’s North Beach, greeted by sunrise and roaring crowds.
• 112 mile bike ride - The bike course winds through the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, featuring steep climbs, sweeping descents, and breathtaking views of castles and countryside.
• 26.2 mile run - The marathon takes athletes through Tenby’s vibrant town centre, with four loops packed with cheering spectators and electric atmosphere.

Tenby transforms into the “Iron Town” during race week, with a festival-like atmosphere, local hospitality, and world-renowned support from the community. Whether you're racing, volunteering, or spectating, IRONMAN Wales promises an unforgettable experience.
