Do you need our support?
SSAFA Somerset branch is here to provide lifelong support to those who are serving or have served, and to their families. This branch is supported in fundraising by the Friends of SSAFA Somerset.

The Friends of SSAFA Somerset exist to support the work of the SSAFA Somerset Branch with fundraising events held across the county, from county fairs, local talks, challenge events, and afternoon teas.
Please check out the Friends of SSAFA Somerset webpages where you can find details of upcoming events, galleries from past events, our history, and how you can support us.

Oversee all aspects of the branch, ensure the branch is running inline with SSAFA’s policies and regulations to ensure that clients and volunteers are safe, all services provided are appropriate and effective and that the branch is financially sound.
As the first point of contact for SSAFA in the area, you will play a crucial part in promoting SSAFA locally, organising events and ensuring the smooth running of SSAFA across the divisions in your branch.
