Two veterans, and longtime friends, passionate about mental health, are cycling the D-Day Ride in Normandy for SSAFA.
The Pen & Sword Club, a defence-wide communications organisation, is now a supporting partner of SSAFA.
Five friends are taking part in a wheelbarrow trek (!) across Wales, in memory of a sixth friend who passed away whilst serving in Afghanistan.
A big thank you to three Parachute Regiment medics have taken on a 100-mile fundraiser for SSAFA.
