A veteran of the Irish Guards is taking on the 250km of Hadrian's Wall, fundraising for SSAFA.
The D-Day service at HMP Northumberland was an opportunity for both Remembrance, and to see how the work of SSAFA and other charities helps reduce reoffending.
A big thank you to US Marine Clinton Firstbrook for supporting SSAFA at the London Marathon and his upcoming Iron Man.
SSAFA's CEO will be introducing historian Clare Mulley at this year's Chalke History Festival.
