Inverness launch of Poppy Scotland's Poppy Appeal

Last week David Hurley, the Chair of the Inverness-Shire & Western Isles SSAFA branch attended the launch of Poppy Scotland's Poppy Appeal at the Town House in Inverness. A message from him: "It was an absolute pleasure and privilege to be invited to say a few words on behalf of SSAFA...it was so humbling to see so many of our veterans and serving men and women, across the services in attendance. There was a short service afterwards on the banks of The River Ness. Our thanks to Poppy Scotland and Depute Provost, Morven Reid, for hosting the event".
