Supporting the British Forces on deployment in the British overseas territory of Gibraltar.
The Gibraltar Service Committee helps member of the Armed Forces community with practical, emotional and financial support, including helping to alleviate loneliness and isolation through their Community Connection Champion volunteers who bring people together with events and activities.
The Gibraltar Service Committee is currently recruiting for the following roles:
Help raise SSAFA’s profile at your local military base, and in the surrounding community.
Bring together and help manage the different fundraising initiatives for your local Service Committee.
Help raise funds to support the work of your local Service Committee.
Provide hands-on support in your local area to those who come to SSAFA in need.
Develop social groups and facilitate community activities within the local serving community.
