Help accessing SSAFAnet

Follow these five easy steps below to reset your password and log on to SSAFAnet.

The main reason people are unable to access SSAFAnet is because their password needs changing, or, if it is the first time they are logging on, it needs setting up. The first thing to do if you cannot log on straight away is to update this and try again.  SSAFA volunteers are able to reset their own passwords by following this guide.

  1. Click on 'Forgot your password' beneath the log in boxes. This will work whether you have forgotten your password or need to set it up for the first time.
  2. Enter your email address and hit 'next.' The email address you will need to use is the one you use for your correspondence with SSAFA.
  3. Enter the Password Recovery Answer exactly as it is written in the Password Recovery Question: i.e, type "SSAFA Office". This is nothing to do with your own Branch Office name.
  4. Enter a password of your choice and confirm it in the box below. Click 'Finish'.
  5. Your password has been set up. Log in using your email address for the username, and enter the password you have just created. Click 'Sign In'.

Once you have tried to reset - or set up - your own password using this method, and if you are still unable to get in, please contact volunteer support who should be able to assist you by calling 0800 032 5612 or emailing vs.support@ssafa.org.uk.
