Forcesline

Our team is here to listen and not to judge. We can give you useful information and signpost ways to help you.

Please note:  Forcesline and the SSAFA offices are closed this bank holiday weekend.  You can still leave a message for Forcesline on the webform below, which they will see when the office re-opens on Tuesday 7 May.

If you need to talk to someone urgently, please call the Samaritans on 116 123

Forcesline is a free and confidential telephone helpline and email service that provides emotional support and a listening ear to those in the Armed Forces community who are feeling lonely, isolated or are struggling to cope with everyday life. We can also signpost you to other organisations who may be able to offer more practical assistance.

SSAFA is outside of the military chain of command, will listen and we will not judge. Your privacy when seeking help is fundamentally important to us.
