Welcome to the first of three races in the 2024 SSAFA Cardiff 5K Road Race Series.

The SSAFA 5k Road Race Series in Cardiff consists of three separate five kilometre long road races, which can be entered individually or as a combined series.  

This is a popular running event that has been supporting SSAFA in South East Wales for twenty-six years!

The series is held under UK & Welsh Athletics rules and is a CAAC Calendar Event.

The course records to beat are 16:20 (women's) and 14:29 (men's).
