As Recruitment Officer you will be responsible for finding volunteers in your local community, supporting them in their work and planning for the future.

About the role
Our volunteers are at the heart of what we do and we’re looking for someone with ideas and initiative to make sure we find the best people to grow our network.
You’ll need to find and interview new volunteers and once they are appointed to make sure that they are happy in their roles with us. This includes planning for ideas and activities to keep volunteers in post and how posts will be filled once they become vacant. You will work with our volunteer Training Organisers and staff at our national office in London to create plans and strategies.
