Role: Training organiser
As Branch training organiser you will be responsible for arranging for volunteers to receive appropriate training including a local induction, as well as making administrative arrangements for volunteers to attend local courses and courses required by central office. You will maintain an up to date list of courses available and ensure all members of the Branch are notified of them. You’ll organise annual Branch study days and provide regular updates for caseworkers. You will establish and maintain links with the Regional Trainer and the Training Team at Central Office and work with the Regional Trainer to asses Branch training needs and arrange for the delivery of required courses.
