SSAFA named as charity partner of UKAF Rugby Union

SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity are delighted to announce that we are the official charity partner for the United Kingdom Armed Forces (UKAF) Rugby Union 2019-2020 season and the International Defence Rugby Competition.

SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity have been announced as the official charity partner of the UKAF Rugby Union 2019-2020 season, as well as the International Defence Rugby Competition.

This is a key time for the team as the players are about to depart to Japan for the International Defence Rugby Competition, prior to the Remembrance matches that will be played in November this year. 

SSAFA is delighted to be the official charity sponsor of the United Kingdom Armed Forces Rugby Union for the 2019-2020 season - and for the International Defence Rugby Competition. The UKAFRU showcases some of the incredible talent thriving across our Armed Forces and will celebrate the values and abilities that exist within the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, British Army and Royal Air Force.  SSAFA exists, when required, to provide service personnel, veterans and their families with lifelong support whenever and wherever they need us; in that role, we are very proud to be at the heart of the Armed Forces community.
