The Irish Guards Golf Society has donated £1,100 to SSAFA to help support our Forces and their families.
The money was raised at the Society's annual meeting which took place in Northern Ireland this summer, the highlight of the event was a competition between the UK-wide branches of the Irish Guards Society.
Once the London branch had been declared winners, Richard Gordon, the Chairman of SSAFA Northern Ireland was presented with a cheque by Bert Smith who as well as being the Chairman of the Ulster Branch of the Irish Guards Golf Society, is also a valued member of SSAFA’s local Funds & Appeals Committee..
