Our Statement of Purpose
In accordance with the 2003 Voluntary Adoption Agencies and the Adoption Agencies Regulations, every adoption agency must prepare a Statement of Purpose. This is a document which provides full information about the agency’s purpose, organisation and way of working.

Adopting children with complex needs
If you are considering adopting a child with complex or significant health, learning or disability needs it is important to consider that while the Ministry of Defence strives to provide support and facilities for personnel and their dependants who have complex or significant needs that are comparable to those in the UK, it may not be possible to achieve this in some postings.
