Will you join us to support the person behind the uniform?
Thanks to the generosity of people like you, for more than 130 years, SSAFA has been working with the serving Armed Forces, veterans and their families, giving them a helping hand in times of need and supporting their independence and dignity. In 2017 alone we supported more than 73,000 men, women and children around the UK and overseas - that's 200 people every day.
Your donation could:
Help physically wounded service men and women learn to live with and adapt to injuries
Provide free accommodation to families who want to stay close to a loved one who has been injured and is in medical care
Offer a lifeline to veterans who are homeless or at risk of losing their home
Support military families who are caring for children with illnesses, disabilities or special needs
Provide one-to-one mentoring support for service men and women who are struggling with PTSD or the transition to civilian life
Help fund Forcesline, SSAFA's free and confidential telephone service for members of the Armed Forces and their families
A donation of £4 every month – just £1 a week – will help ensure that we will be there for our Armed Forces family in their hour of need.
