Our Strategic Plan 2022-27

In our 137th year (2022), this strategy is well timed, not least as moving on from the Pandemic and dealing with the cost-of-living crisis will bring greater hardship but also fresh opportunity. We have an exceptional range of complementary services, designed to meet specific beneficiary needs and delivered by skilled teams of employees and volunteers. We will build on the previous strategy and our many decades of experience to become a yet more responsive, efficient, and effective charity.
