Time for an adventure
SSAFA coordinates holidays and events that focus on offering new experiences and activities for children and young people from Service families.
These adventures give children a break away from home, where they can gain independence, make friends and have fun. The breaks also give family left at home a rest, to spend time together and recharge their batteries knowing that their child or sibling is having a wonderful time.
Our next holiday for Siblings and Young Carers (aged 8-12) will be 26 May - 1 June 2013.
Our next UK Short Break for Children with Additional Needs and Disabilities (aged 8-14) will take place from 3 - 8 August 2013.
