Local Information

In 2012 Team Fire and Ice GB will be competing in the Amundsen Omega 3 South Pole Race in aid of SSAFA Forces Help and the Fire Fighter’s Charity. Prior to the race, the team who are all serving in the fire service and are based in Staffordshire, will be competing in many events and challenges to raise their profile. The main event on the build-up to 2012 is their expedition to conquer Mt. McKinley in Alaska in May 2010 celebrating SSAFA Forces Help 125th anniversary.
